Gilbert Saenz and his son did a fantastic job remodeling both of our bathrooms. Very helpful throughout the design process, meticulous about the quality and precision at every step of the installation, reliable and on time. They maintained great communication throughout the process, and all at a very reasonable cost.
I have used Mr. Smile Tile for 4 years. Gilberto Sr. and Gilberto Jr. have never let me down. They have done small repairs on tile and vinyl plank and have replaced 30,000 Sq. ft. of vinyl plank and removed 2,000 Sq. ft. of VCT and replaced with ceramic tile. They are neat, professional, and do excellent work. They are my go to guys for flooring. In my 30 years of Project management, they are by far the best subcontractors I have ever worked with.
